Dear Future, I Am Ready

So here we are.

We've turned the proverbial corner from 2023 into 2024, and all that lies ahead. Last year could be summed up for many (including me) as 'Nevertheless, we persisted'. 

🫶 Even when it seemed impossible 

🫶 Even when it felt like it would be easier just to go back to bed (and sometimes, I did) 

🫶 Even when all around us seemed like chaos 

Yet, here we are. 

Ready. Willing. Capable. Stronger.

If you're feeling tentative about what 2024 holds in store, it's totally OK to baby step or kitten step, as Reset You Mindset columnist Jenn Barron would say, forward. It's tempting to armour up, but remember, that stuff only really weighs you down, and the bravest thing you can do is to leave the weight behind. Stay open to opportunity and allow your beautiful, adventurous heart to stay free and unburdened.

It's also totally cool to leap into this brand-new adventure in thigh-high gold boots and sequins, heralding to the goddesses of 2024 that you are HERE FOR IT (I love you!).

Whatever you decide, wear it well and know that I am cheering so hard for you right now.

Change starts with you. Take the lessons and leave the rest; it's time to embark on a brand new journey. Are you ready?
