How to Align Your Business With Its Soul

February is the month of love and connection, and what better thing to talk about and help you do than to form a soul connection with your business!

Strange concept, right? Your business becoming your soulmate or even having a soul? You're probably rolling your eyes and are tempted to read the next article but just bear with me for a few minutes.

When I first heard about this idea, I had a lightbulb moment. The concept didn't sound alien, but me not realising it before certainly was. I mean, I'm spiritual - how on earth has it taken me so long not to see this?

Let's go on a journey together and talk through how you can use this to elevate your business and anything else in your life.

Let's start with baby steps first.

What is a Soul?

We all know the concept of a soul. Our human body is the vessel, and the soul is the driving force, the guidance system that miraculously helps us breathe and do everyday things to survive. This 'Soul' is, in essence, an Energy.

What is Energy?

Energy is a frequency that our soul omits. Much like when you are looking for a particular radio station but don't know its frequency, you keep turning the dial while looking for the right station.

This energy links in with Universal energy - the energy you find in nature, objects, and everything on this planet. It's an energy that we cannot explain but have, probably to an extent, acknowledged that it exists.

When we think about the Universe, we imagine it as this massive spatial entity—an entity that contains absolutely everything we could ever wish for and want - and then some.

What is your Business Soul?

Visualise the Universe, the vast expanse, and then hone in on the portion that has your name on it. In that portion, split it into containers of your life - business, love & relationship, health, money etc. Each container is an energy entity that contains all the things you want to have in that area of your life.

Now pick up the Business container - this is the 'Soul of your Business', which is the one we're going to connect to.

How to Connect to your Business Soul?

The Japanese have a great concept of giving respect to all the energies around us. They show honour and gratitude to the energy for the abundance that it provides us. And in doing so, they elevate the connection and become a team working for the same cause. That's what I want to help you to do in your business.

It is crucial that you are sitting down while making this connection

1) Close your eyes and visualise your business container. This energy is not anything to do with the concept, your to-do lists or any tangible thing; It's just pure white energy

2) Name the energy 'Business' so that you don't confuse it with any other energy that you may want things from, i.e. money, love etc

3) Imagine that you are sitting in the centre of this white energy

4) For just about 2 to 3 minutes, allow whatever happens to happen

5) Just focus on that energy and allow the words, whether you are consciously or subconsciously saying them, to be spoken

6) Allow that connection to happen by itself because if you are doing this kind of ritual/meditation, your business is telling you that it wants to and is ready to connect with you.

You will be activating your intuition to pick up the signals relating to any opportunity to do with your business. This is you getting onto the fast motorway to get you where you want to go. When you tap into this energy, you can ask whatever you want to help you grow your business.

And that's ok.

What about when it doesn't work?

Whenever you make a wish, you tap into trillions of dreams held in the Universe in hopes that you will connect with that ONE DREAM you want right now.

If the Universe is holding trillions of dreams and trying to find the one that you want, it's going to be looking into matching specific criteria

Does your current frequency match the frequency of the dream you want to manifest?
Are your inner foundations strong enough for you to hold onto this dream, i.e. winning the lottery? Do you have all the tools, skills and knowledge to grow and keep this wealth, or are you going to lose it within a year?

A certain amount of things need to be in place, and if you find you are not manifesting what you want, there are missing links.

You have to be open to seeing, hearing and sensing the universal signals. These messages are all around us. If you cannot see, hear, or perceive them, your energy is closed. You will need to do your inner work to clear your blocks and activate that energy.

Manifesting isn't just about making the above 'connection'. You also have to have a vision, a plan, a strategy and take the actions you need to create your business.

How can you use it?

Allow your intuition to be your guide. Allow it to bring the people you need to meet, the collaborations that need to be made, the work that needs to be done, and so much more.

Get out of your head and your way.

Allow your creativity to kick in to show you how you can make your vision happen. Do not ask,` What can I do?'. Ask it 'How can I do what I need to', and then allow it to show you.

Trust the process and trust the connection!
