I Had A Bioresonance Scan And Here's What HappenedSep 05, 2020
By Melissa Jones
I decided to book myself in for a bioresonance scan after seeing my yoga teacher have one done, and it sparked my curiosity. As someone who is all about health and wellness, especially alternative health, I was intrigued and wanted to try it for myself.
A bioresonance scan is a holistic therapy that measures the frequency of energy wavelengths in the body and picks up on disease, food intolerances as well as anything in the body that is out of balance.
The treatment involves holding two electrodes in your hands which then emit electromagnetic waves in the body that detect any unhealthy frequencies. Having a health condition (Hypothyroidism) and a lot of gut issues and with years spent in and out of the doctors with nothing other than more medication to mask the symptoms; I have always wanted to get to the root of my issues and I was hoping this could give me the answers I’ve been looking for.
I arrived at Sereniti Salt Retreat in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Retreat was very cosy and inviting, and the vibe was very relaxed. The procedure was simple; I sat in a chair and held on to two electrodes while the scanner ran the test. The test took about half an hour altogether and I didn’t feel a thing.
I was not surprised by my results at all. Everything I already suspected was confirmed.
My thyroid was out of balance (which I knew), but it turns out that my medication is not doing its job properly. I have intolerances to many foods (one being wheat - goodbye sourdough *sob*) which I already knew, and I have chronic stress leading to adrenal fatigue, which I kind of suspected as I have been going through A LOT of stress lately. The report was very long and comprehensive but I'll not go into everything.
After the test I continued to hold the rods and a frequency was emitted to try and balance some things out. I was then given a tincture to take morning and night that was infused with the specific frequency for me to help balance me out, along with dietary changes and some deep inner healing.
One thing I’d love to be able to do is heal myself naturally and to come off my medication. I truly believe I can with the right diet and lifestyle. It all may sound a little ‘woo-woo’ (I like ‘woo-woo’) and I know a lot of people prefer a more scientific approach but, for me, science has failed. Doctors only know which medication to prescribe for the symptoms I have instead of digging deeper and getting to the root of the issue. And that’s why I loved having this body scan done because it goes deeper. It even picked up that my solar plexus chakra is blocked. The explanation of how this has manifested in my life was absolutely spot on to what I was currently going through. Again, sounds very ‘woo-woo’, but it was scarily accurate! Now I feel like I am equipped with the tools and knowledge to go deeper with my healing journey.
