When We See Ourselves In Each Other

In the coming weeks, I’m going to introduce you, via thefemaleceo.com, to the brilliant Barbara Sbrocca, creator of Baci Sospesi — an international art project featuring public installations and intimate audio portraits about love, loss, and the moments that change us forever.

Her work stopped me in my tracks.

Not just because it’s gorgeous (it is), but because it reminded me that underneath the titles, the timelines, and the business plans… we’re all just people.

People who have loved and lost. Who’ve had their hearts cracked open and their worlds rearranged. People who’ve stood at the edge of change and taken a deep breath before stepping bravely forward (like you).

Barbara’s mission is to show what makes us more the same than different, and it really made me think: the same is true in business.

We’ve all had moments of doubt. Moments where we’ve started over. Moments where someone’s belief in us changed everything.

So, before I introduce you to Barbara and her incredible project, I want to invite you into this conversation she’s inspired:
