Hello 2025

So here we are.

We've turned the corner from 2024 into 2025 and all that lies ahead.

This year, more than ever, I feel a sense of excitement in the air. A kind of buzzing energy that's difficult to define but palpable. Do you feel it?

Was last year epic? Is your photo album bursting at the seams with unforgettable memories and moments? Or did you firmly close and bolt the door, slide to the floor and keep your back to it, just in case 2024 had the audacity to try and make a guest appearance in the new year?

However you got here, whether you ran, danced, skipped or crawled, I am so proud of you.

You persisted even when it seemed impossible. When it felt like it would be easier just to go back to bed (and perhaps sometimes, you did) and when it felt like everyone else on the whole planet had their proverbial ducks in a row while your ducks felt more like drunk squirrels at a rave.

Yet, here you are. 

Ready. Willing. Capable. Stronger. Glorious.

If you're feeling tentative about what the new year holds in store, it's totally OK to baby step or kitten step (as Reset You Mindset columnist Jenn Barron would say) forward. It's tempting to armour up ahead of time, but remember, that only really weighs you down, and, honestly, the bravest thing you can do is to leave that weight behind. Stay open to opportunity and allow your beautiful, adventurous heart to stay free and unburdened.

It's also ridiculously cool if you decide to leap into this brand-new adventure in thigh-high gold boots and sequins, riding a crocodile and heralding to the goddesses of 2025 that you are HERE FOR IT (I love you!).

Whatever you choose, wear it well and know I am cheering so hard for you right now.

Change starts with you (and me). Take the lessons and leave the rest; it's time to embark on a brand new journey. The only question is, are you ready for how good it's going to be?
