Fun is a frequency (and your business needs more of it)

When did you last have fun in your business? I mean real fun, you know, the kind where you lose track of time, throw your head back and laugh out loud and remember why you started this wild adventure in the first place?

Can't remember? I'm willing to be you're in great company. Whenever I ask this question, it's usually met with a blank stare and maybe a head tilt in an 'are you feeling ok there Tricia?' way.

But... did you know that fun is a frequency? An Actual vibe?

Furthermore, *tilts glasses onto the end of the nose* It tunes your entire system, brain, body and business to receive.

Your nervous system chills out when you're lit up, laughing, and finding the love in what you do. Your creativity lights up. You become magnetic as hell. Clients feel it. Opportunities feel it. The universe? Oh, she definitely feels it, and she starts sending more your way.

This is where the woo meets the work. It's neurobiology.

Joy activates the brain's reward circuitry, boosts dopamine and sharpens your ability to solve problems, spot patterns, and show up with energy.

Translation? Joy isn't just good vibes. It's good f*cking business.

But we forget, don't we?

We get caught up in the daily grind, glorifying "busy" like a shiny badge of honour, burning out on to-do lists and 'shoulds'. Somewhere along the line, we decided it had to be hard to be worthy.

It doesn't.

What if joy was your strategy? What if your next big breakthrough isn't hiding in another funnel but in more fun? More colour. More movement.

If you need a permission slip, consider this it. Print it out and stick it on the fridge: Do the things that delight you. Infuse your business with them. 

That IG post you really want to write? The client you adore chatting with? The offer that lights you up but feels 'too easy' to sell? Lean all the way in.

That's your frequency tuning. That's your alignment. That's your magic.

Fun is fertile ground. Joy is your lighthouse.
