All is well. Even this. Especially this.
By Tricia Scott.
If everything feels loud, urgent, and slightly unhinged right now, it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means it’s December.
You’re not behind, and you’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just human… in a month that asks for superhero energy with absolutely no recovery time.
Here’s what you need to know today:
🎄 You do not need to fix everything before Christmas
🎄 You do not need to be cheerful and productive, and available
🎄 You are allowed to choose “good enough” and mean it
If your nervous system feels like it’s had six coffees already — pause. Put one hand on your chest. Take one slow breath in through your nose, and let it out like you’re fogging up a mirror. That’s it. No ritual. No pressure. Just a tiny return to yourself.
Repeat after me (quietly, or dramatically):
All is well. Even this. Especially this.
If today’s highlight is getting dressed, cancelling a plan, or crisp sandwiches for lunch - we’re calling that a solid day.
Go gently.
I believe in you (always).
