The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine Guest Contributor & Blogger Agreement.
Effective date: 1st January 2019
As a Guest contributor (“You”) agree to allow The Female CEO & CEO Magazine (“The Female CEO”) to publish original articles written by You (the “Posts”) on The Female CEO website (“thefemaleceo.com”). You grant The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine the non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish on thefemaleceo.com and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide.
You grant The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine the right to use your name, bio, information about you, and the logo of your website and links, if applicable, in connection with the Posts.
Except for the rights granted by The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine in this agreement, you retain all rights, including copyright, in your Posts.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common-law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.
The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine reserves the right to remove from thefemaleceo.com any of the posts that violate its publishing standards.
The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine may illustrate the Posts. You grant The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine the right to edit the Posts for publication and The Female CEO & Create Evolve Overcome Magazine agree that all posts will be sent to you, the author for approval before posting.
It is agreed that once posted to thefemaleceo.com or in Create Evolve Overcome Magazine articles will be shared by you, the author with your own network socially or as agreed with links to the post or blog on thefemaleceo.com
This agreement is governed by the United Kingdom.
By submitting posts to The Female CEO & CEO Magazine, you indicate acceptance of these terms.
