The season of fresh starts is here… But if you’re anything like me, you’re not stepping into this season feeling brand new. You’re stepping in with lessons, loose ends, and a bit of a  sense that something needs to shift.
There’s a lot of noise about reinvention this time of year. New habits. New routines. A “new you.”
But I don’t think this season is asking you to become someone else.
I think it’s asking you to come back to yourself.
To clear out what no longer fits.
The expectations you’ve outgrown.
The ways of working that feel heavier than they should.
The roles you’ve been praised for… but that actually drain you.
Because growth doesn’t always look like adding more. Sometimes, it looks like letting go.
And that’s exactly what this issue became.
As I brought these pages together, one theme kept surfacing - women choosing what feels true over what’s expected. In leadership, in business, in life.
We’re also welcoming two powerful new voices to our editorial team - Gem Dentith and Melissa Jones - both bringing honest, grounded perspectives on leadership and life that I know will resonate deeply.
So, as you move through this issue, here’s what I want to leave you with:
You don’t need to become someone new to move forward.
You just need to be honest about what’s no longer working… And brave enough to let it go.
