WHY I’M TAKING A MORE HOLISTIC APPROACH TO MY HELTH

I usually write things about fitness but I am going through a bit of a transitional season in my life.
Fitness is still a big part of my life but I’m currently taking more of a holistic approach to health and that is what I wanted to talk about here rather than bombard you with fitness tips every month.
I truly believe there are many factors that contribute to health not just fitness and eating well. So I want to chat to you about all things health not just fitness so I hope that’s ok?
Recently I have been on a journey to heal my gut. I have suffered from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) for several years now and it was getting to the point where going out for food was not longer enjoyable, I was scared to eat just in case it gave me flare up and I was becoming miserable. I started looking into ways to heal myself naturally because I kept returning to the doctors only to be prescribed another tablet that didn’t work. So I have taken matters into my own hands.
I want to bring you along on my journey and share my findings. I’m going to be talking all things gut health, foods to eat to help heal the gut, supplements, stress management and much more and I will be throwing some fitness in here too because that is one of my passions.
So please bear with me as I learn and evolve and transition through this new period of my life, I can’t wait to share my findings and experiences with you.

Why did I become an at home coach? I have always had a passion for fitness and loved going to the gym.
