Are you taking the time to slow down and look around you? As the leaves begin to fall and we move into Autumn (my favourite season) it's the perfect time to let go of the shoulds and focus on what is. The kids are back at school, the routine is re-established and the calm descends before we all get into the jingle and jangle of the festive season.
One of our Guest bloggers, Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel gives her own account of this very thing in her Autumnal Reboot article, so grab a cuppa, a green juice or a G&T and take five precious minutes to read it here
I promise, you'll be glad you did.

Do you have an inner instant gratification monkey?
I recently found this brilliant and hilarious TED talk by Tim Urban and to say I can relate would be an understatement to say the least.
Tim Urban knows that procrastination doesn't make sense, but he's never been able to shake his habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done. In this hilarious and insightful talk, Urban takes us on a journey through YouTube binges, Wikipedia rabbit holes and bouts of staring out the window -- and encourages us to think harder about what we're really procrastinating on, before we run out of time.
And finally, keep an eye on our Facebook page for some brilliant articles and features over the coming weeks including news of a baby shower like no other with a fabulous female entrepreneur using her passion and social status for the greater good of humankind as well as more top tips, articles and blogs supporting you and your business.
