Happy International Women's Day 2019!

Happy International Women's Day Beautiful!

I celebrate and am thankful you and our community every day but International Women's Day always feels a little bit special and this year even more so as I absolutely adore the campaign of #BalanceForBetter.

I believe wholeheartedly that's what it's all about - balance.

Not one-upmanship, not empowering one by disempowering the other, just basic good hard work, equality and recognition for the efforts of those women and girls who have gone before us and are to come. From grassroots activism to massive worldwide action, we are entering an exciting period of history where the world expects balance. We notice its absence and celebrate its presence. We've come so far and we still have a way to go but by our combined efforts (and those of the men around us) our girls of the future will have more.

More opportunities

More recognition

More equality

The thought of more for our future fills me with positivity, excitement and love and I am so proud that our community gets to play its part by celebrating and showcasing fabulous females across the world and bringing women together in the empowerment of each other and our businesses. It doesn't have to be International Women's Day here for us to celebrate you and hey, I love a party! International Women's Day is celebrated everywhere. It's a huge day for inspiration and change.
