Allow me to introduce you

Another week gone, they seem to be flying by, don't they? I went shopping last weekend and lo and behold the Christmas decorations are out! Too early for the C-word? I'll get my coat...

This week I wanted to take a minute and introduce you to a truly remarkable lady. She is our 'In The Spotlight' entrepreneur for October coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are bringing you the journey of the wonderful Tracy McCoull.

Now we all know that running a business can be tough at times but running one of the biggest voice over agencies in the North of England while raising a young family, undergoing a complete career change and battling breast cancer is just plain superhero-ish (totally a word). So when she's not donning her cape and gold boots (Tracy, please tell us you have gold boots) she's, you know, being a mother wife and friend and having a life.

Meeting Tracy feels like sitting down with your most trusted friend, she has a presence that instantly makes you feel at home with gentle humour and all-out honesty. Bringing her journey to you has been both a pleasure and an honour and I can't wait for you to read all about it. Plus she owns a voice-over agency! How cool is that?! If you would like to get in touch with Tracy about Natural Sounding Voices you'll find her contact info at the bottom of her Q&A.

In other news, this week saw the release of another publication of CEO magazine... hurrah! As usual, we've got some of the best content around for you. Do you have a website or blog and always seem to be stuck for content ideas? Look no further than How to create Cracking Content for your business with Journalist and trainer Claire Winter, We've also got another lesson in Public Relations with PR for your book from our resident marketing genius Natalie Trice and if you always seem to have more month than money then you need to check in with Ilana Jankowitz and her Money Matters column about the love-hate relationship we have with our money.

As always, here at The Female CEO, we aim to bring the balance and so from The Retreat section we've got 5 reasons you really should try Yoga with The Virtual Wellness Studio's Melissa Jones, The power of clothing and confidence with The Wardrobe Provocateur, Nichola English and How to heal hidden wounds, an in-depth look at working from the inside out with Life Discovery Coach Susan Smalley we've also got our regular Ask Janine Q&A, this month Angela Asks 'How can I protect my personal boundaries and stop verbal abuse?' You can read all about it on page 33 including how to submit your own question to our Path to Healing therapist, Janine Wirth.

Last but by no means least we had the beautiful Jonita D'Souza in the spotlight imparting her knowledge and experience to women so that together they can understand the gift of womanhood and create a beautiful life and a meaningful society for themselves. You'll love her on page 24.
