Simple and easy. The two are often confused but they shouldn't be, there's a lot to be said for keeping it simple. Have you ever followed the 'simple' instructions to build flatpack furniture? Need I go on???

Simplicity in planning means a clear head, a clutter free (mental and physical) space to think and concise goal setting. Keeping it simple will give you the mental clarity to see the path to what you want but that doesn't mean the journey will be easy. We've all set intentions like getting out of debt, losing weight and starting a six figure business right? Well, if you've been there I'm sure you'll testify that it's NOT always easy! Sometimes it's downright rough.

All endeavours have highs and lows and more often than not long periods of coasting along, keeping the momentum and working through. You've gotta be willing to show up, day after day, month after month and put in the work to make your dreams a reality.

That's the bare truth of it.

Have you ever heard the utter confusion when a greatly successful endeavour turns out to be a really, really simple strategy? What you hear is the cry of 'IT CAN'T BE THAT EASY' well, no, it's not easy it's just simple.

Think about this when you're setting your next goals, how about breaking it down into smaller more achievable targets?

Keep it simple, be prepared to work at it and remember that it won't always be easy but it will be worth it.
