Kis, I have this above my desk at home. It reminds me when I start to channel my inner octopus (you now the one, i'll just do everything at once and then it'll all be fine, nope) to slow it down and concentrate on one thing at a time. 

Keep. It. Simple

When you're feeling the overwhelm, Stop and KIS. 

When it's all getting to be too much, take a step back, breathe and simplify. It could take a little as one minute out of your day to step away from the drama and the results will be immeasurable. Find a quiet space (even just the work loo will do) and breathe it out for a minute.
